Prop 132: Deposit Funds into Kava Lend

This proposal supplies fifteen million KAVA into the Lend money market, a major step towards providing decentralized liquidity for the KAVA token. By voting yes, you agree to allocate fifteen million KAVA tokens from the community pool to be deposited into Kava Lend. By voting no, you disagree with allocating fifteen million KAVA tokens from the community pool to be deposited into Kava Lend.
