Prop 190: Comprehensive Signaling Proposal for Mars Protocol

Tokenomics 2.0

This comprehensive proposal seeks to integrate several pivotal strategies aimed at enhancing the Mars Protocol's sustainability and efficiency. It includes an update to our token economics, an acknowledgment of contributions through foundation allocations to cover operational costs and a phased rollout plan for governance and operational transitions. By aligning these elements, we aim to position Mars Protocol as a leader in the evolving DeFi landscape.

The objective of this proposal vote is to take that initiative forward and formally commit to those ideas and the rollout plan detailed in the forum post with a signaling vote.

Additionally as part of this vote will be the the issuance of the 85m MARS token grant in the forum of a community pool spend to the Mars Protocol Foundation multisig address mars1d4rjwtsj6t3gq49yt6h854txy8cew978s4pkj7, the details of which can be read in full detail on the forum post

Following this proposal will be another proposal responsible for executing the burn of 300m MARS tokens from the community pool, the tokens will be effectively burnt by sending them to the Mars Hub zero address which can be obtained via the CLI command marsd keys parse 0000000000000000000000000000000000000000 which outputs the address mars1qqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqw7exjx
