Prop 47: Reallocation of LP farming plan - Incentivize JUNO pair

This governance proposal is to initiate reallocation of the current farming plan to accommodate newly incentivized pairs and weight adjustments.

The Crescent Foundation proposes the following farming weights below::

• Newly Incentivized Farming Pair
  • JUNO / bCRE pair: 6%
• Farming Weight Adjustment
  • Reserve(Module Account): 3% > -3%

**The proposed farming weight reallocation will utilize the unused farming rewards accrued within the Module Account.
