Correction of Proposal #16 related to Airdrop Wave 1 Rewards

Summary

We are proposing amendments to the on-chain approved airdrop proposal #16 ( https://www.mintscan.io/quasar/proposals/16) for the Quasar Community's consideration. These amendments are focused on clarifying airdrop wave 1 eligibility criteria. Details of the proposed amendments are as follows.

• Requirement for airdrop eligibility: Complete a minimum of 3 vault-associated transactions on the testnet platform.

• Transactions from the faucet do not count towards the 3 transactions required for airdrop eligibility.

Based on the requirements mentioned above the eligible addresses remain at 2,157 for the airdrop wave 1, as before.
