Prop 144: Phase 2 of DLOYAL's Existing Community Funding Proposal

We are requesting Phase 2 funds, 45,000 USK (equivalent to 92,592 KUJI at current 0.486 USK per KUJI), after reaching Milestone 1 as described in our existing proposal.
