Injective v1.16.4 Upgrade

This guide assumes that you use cosmovisor to manage upgrades. If you do not use cosmovisor, please adjust some commands accordingly.

The upgrade is scheduled for Block 134805000. It is estimated to take place 1 month ago. A countdown clock is here. The governance proposal is here.

Install New Binary

cd injective
git pull
git checkout v1.16.4
make install

Check Version

# should be f87bbcb
injectived version

# Should be commit f87bbcb
injectived version --long | grep commit

Make Cosmovisor Directory and Copy Binary

mkdir -p $HOME/.injectived/cosmovisor/upgrades/v1.16.4/bin
cp $HOME/go/bin/injectived $HOME/.injectived/cosmovisor/upgrades/v1.16.4/bin

Check Version Again

# should be f87bbcb
$HOME/.injectived/cosmovisor/upgrades/v1.16.4/bin/injectived version
