Prop 560: Injective Mainnet Performance Upgrade

This proposal aims to upgrade and optimize parameters of the Injective Mainnet with a focus on enhancing the new EVM stack. These improvements will provide a more robust and efficient environment for builders across the ecosystem.

If passed, this proposal will commit the Injective blockchain to halt at a target block height of 134805000 (approximately 14:00 UTC / 10:00 ET on September 25th, 2025) and resume with the v1.16.4 version of the Injective Chain application binary.
