Prop 49: Bringing Skip to Comdex

The Skip team proposes to bring its ecosystem-aligned MEV auction to the Comdex ecosystem. Skip brings front-running protection, increased staker rewards, transaction privacy, and better transaction execution. This proposal is a proposal to have Skip integrate the open-sourced mev-tendermint into Comdex, run the simulation and RPC services required for the auction, and provide ongoing support, funded by 1m that is vested 20% on successful testnet launch, 20% on successful mainnet launch, and 60% vested over two years from the date this proposal would pass. After a minimum of 12 months, Skip can take a maximum of 5% share of MEV-generated revenue from the auction service it provides for longer term maintenance.
