Prop 198: Enable Autopilot

This is a parameter change proposal to enable Autopilot (1-click liquid staking) on Stride to improve the liquid staking UX.

Autopilot Description

Autopilot is an IBC middleware that will allow users to liquid stake their tokens in one transaction, improving the Stride UX. In particular, it will allow a user to send an IBC transfer with a memo signaling the tokens should be liquid staked, and have the liquid staked version end up in their wallet. The Autopilot code has already been added to the Stride codebase, this proposal would NOT initiate a software upgrade. Rather, this proposal would activate the described feature.

Vote Options

Vote YES to turn on Autopilot for liquid staking. Vote NO to keep Autopilot off. Vote NO WITH VETO to indicate this proposal either (1) is deemed to be spam, i.e. irrelevant to Stride, (2) disproportionately infringes on minority interests, or (3) violates or encourages violation of the rules of engagement as currently set out by Stride. If the number of 'NoWithVeto' votes is greater than a third of total votes, the proposal is rejected and the deposits are burned. Vote ABSTAIN if you wish to contribute to the quorum but formally decline to vote either for or against the proposal.
