Prop 31: Community Pool Spend Proposal for Osmosis Liquidity Incentives

The core development team proposes to allocate 4,140,000 TORI for the OSMO/TORI pool on Osmosis to be paid by the Teritori Community pool. This proposal is required to refill the pool 816.

If passed, this proposal will distribute the requested LP amount to the core development multisig account, which will deploy the funds to the designated pools on 04/11/2023. The proposed incentive program will be effective for 90 days.
