Prop 71: Listing Proposal: Add Support for stkATOM

This is a signaling proposal to add support for stkATOM on Umee.

Should this proposal pass, the Umee core team will assess stkATOM’s risk profile to recommend the appropriate risk parameters, and a separate Token Registry Proposal will be submitted.

Vote YES if you are in favor of stkATOM being listed on Umee.

Vote NO if you are against stkATOM being listed on Umee.
