Proposal Summary

This proposal recommends upgrading the CONX Mainnet to v1.12.0 to apply the second security patch related to cosmos/evm evm-ghsa-aug-2026 and further strengthen network security and stability.

Due to the security-sensitive nature of this upgrade, this proposal will be submitted as an emergency proposal with a three-day voting period.

The proposed v1.12.0 upgrade applies the second security patch related to cosmos/evm evm-ghsa-aug-2026.

To protect the network during the coordinated upgrade process, the patched binary and technical details will initially be handled privately. The v1.12.0 binary will be distributed through the official GitHub release page.

Detailed information and the relevant code changes will be shared after the v1.11.5 security patch code has been publicly disclosed.
