Prop 123: [Proposal]Adjustment of the Reserve fee share structure

(1) Purpose This proposal implements the fee distribution changes approved under Proposal #107 by updating the on-chain fee share parameters.

(2) Parameter Change Current: Community Pool 2% / Reserve 8% After: Community Pool 10% / Reserve 0%

(3) Handling of Current Reserve Wallet Holdings Handling of assets currently held in the Reserve wallet (burn or transfer to the Community Pool) will be addressed through a future, separate governance proposal.

(4) Scope This proposal only updates the fee distribution parameters.

(5)Execution Upon approval, the parameter change will be executed on-chain in accordance with governance procedures.
