Prop 110: Increase x/marker max_supply to 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000

Raise the x/marker module max_supply from 1,000,000,000,000,000,001 to 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 to give vault share minting the headroom it needs for larger deposits. Vaults mint receipt shares at a fixed scalar of 1,000,000 shares per underlying asset unit, so the per-marker supply ceiling must scale with the scalar to accommodate large single deposits without hitting the cap. This new value equals the share scalar times the prior supply ceiling. All other marker parameters are preserved. This change has no effect on existing markers or circulating supply.
