Following Signaling Proposal #349, this proposal aims to execute the software upgrade plan named 'event_horizon' at block height 34110123, which will trigger the Stargaze shutdown process on the 15th of June at around 19:000 UTC. No action action is required from validators besides voting on this proposal.
