Prop 210: Transfer Discord Ownership for the Ux Community Channel

The DAO requests that Brent Xu (“0x-brent | UMEE”), current owner of the Ux Discord server, transfer server ownership to a designated community representative. This is required to ensure continuity, neutrality, and proper stewardship of the main Ux communication channel.

Mr. Xu has stated he is no longer engaged with Ux (ex-Umee). To avoid dependency on an inactive founder, remaining Discord ownership should be transferred to the community.

The transfer of ownership must be completed no later than April 30, 2025 at 00:00 UTC.
