Prop 31: Proposal from Cruise Control

To the Coreum Community,

Coreum Labs / Cruise Control is requesting 120,000 dollars (3,000,000 COREUM at 0.04 USD) from the community pool to fund the next phase of Cruise Control's development and expansion across the Coreum ecosystem.

In our first proposal, we asked for your trust before having a fully proven track record. Today, we return with results. Since then, we have successfully delivered every milestone we committed to and more: Launchpad, Dex, V2, Oracle, Liquidity Mining Protocol (LMP), and Lending & Borrowing (L&B) — all live and operational. Cruise Control has become the highest TVL protocol on Coreum, demonstrating that our team executes.

With this second round of funding, we are focused on what comes next. Our roadmap includes the launch of Prediction Markets (targeting March 15), followed by Perpetuals, Real World Assets (RWAs), DAOs and an Art platform — each designed to deepen liquidity, attract new users, and broaden the utility of the Coreum ecosystem.

This funding will cover infrastructure scaling, smart contract development, and the operational resources required to bring these protocols to production. Every dollar will go toward building and maintaining systems that generate real, measurable value for the Coreum community.

We have proven we deliver. We are now asking for the resources to do more of it.
