Injective has seen higher and more variable transaction throughput across both EVM and Cosmos SDK transaction types. During periods of elevated activity, dynamic gas fee mechanisms can become more aggressive in fee scaling, which may reduce transaction success rates for certain workflows that previously operated at lower gas margins. This proposal introduces an optimization to the txfees module parameters to ensure consistent transaction execution and predictable fee behavior amid recent increases in network activity on Injective Mainnet. The adjustment ensures that dynamic gas fee scaling remains aligned with the current fixed minimum gas price. The proposal updates txfees parameters to prevent dynamic gas fee scaling from exceeding the existing fixed minimum gas price, while maintaining the current fixed minimum gas price, leaving all other fee logic, enforcement, and module behavior unchanged.
