This whitelist will enable Cabal's Delta Neutral Vaults to utilize IBC Hooks functionality, allowing for cross-chain interactions and enhanced vault operations on the Initia network.

IBC Hooks is a mechanism that allows IBC transfers to trigger smart contract executions. This enables more complex cross-chain operations and is essential for Delta Neutral Vault functionality.

This whitelist will enable Cabal's Delta Neutral Vaults to utilize IBC Hooks functionality, allowing for automated cross-chain vault rebalancing, seamless integration with other Initia ecosystem protocols, and improved capital efficiency for Delta Neutral strategies.
