This proposal applies a patch to fix an issue at the chain level where the EVM module was emitting event logs with an incorrect blockHash value (0x00000000…). Due to the missing block hash, event logs generated from smart contract transactions could not be properly decoded by explorers, subgraph indexers, and DEX infrastructure. These systems follow a standard process of verifying logs by first validating the transaction hash and block hash to confirm block existence before processing events. Because the block hash was invalid, log decoding and indexing failed. This upgrade updates the EVM module to correctly include the actual block hash in the event logs JSON, restoring standard EVM-compatible behavior. We recommend voting YES to approve this proposal and apply the fix on mainnet. Disclosure: This proposal has been submitted by the Shido Core Foundation. The upgrade guide is available here: https://github.com/ShidoGlobal/shido-upgrade-v3.3.1. The blockchain upgrade will take place at block height 27,750,000.
