Prop 999: Whitelist QSTN’s Deployment Address for CosmWasm Contract Uploads

PROPOSAL

This proposal requests that the address osmo1tf8ky76ugl9j7kd4n9m86hm95gu3msz8nse3jn

be granted permission to upload CosmWasm smart contracts on the Osmosis chain without requiring additional governance approval.

Granting this permission enables QSTN to complete its Agoric-powered multichain deployment and activate survey reward distribution on Osmosis mainnet.

  5. Support multichain orchestrated funding flows

  4. Business and user demo flows
  5. Multichain stress testing

Security & Transparency

  1. Agoric engineers have reviewed QSTN’s orchestration flows through the partner program
  2. Cross-chain interactions utilize Zoe, SES, and hardened JavaScript
  3. All user-controlled inputs were validated against malicious or malformed behavior
  4. Testnet execution showed no abnormal gas, state growth, or performance issues
  5. Code relevant to Osmosis deployment will be open-source prior to launch

Grant upload authority to: osmo1tf8ky76ugl9j7kd4n9m86hm95gu3msz8nse3jn

This address will be used by the QSTN engineering team to:

  1. Upload the Quizzler Reward Contract to Osmosis mainnet
  2. Maintain and iterate the contract during rollout
  3. Ensure compatibility with Agoric’s cross-chain orchestration
  4. No community pool funds are requested.
