Prop 321: Liquidation Rebate Pilot Program

This proposal seeks community approval to launch a one-month pilot Liquidation Rebate Program starting December 1, 2025, and to allocate $1M in DYDX from the Community Treasury towards the initiative. The program aims to reward traders with points and potential rebates of up to $1M for experiencing liquidation events.
