Prop 582: OLP Reward Disbursement – Epoch 51

If passed, this proposal confirms the final Open Liquidity Program institutional performance of epoch 51 as well as the distribution of 38722.253 INJ tokens, comprising 18722.285 INJ vested from epoch 48, and 19999.968 INJ representing 50% of the epoch 51 rewards allocation. The remaining OLP rewards from epoch 51 will be disbursed along with the rewards disbursement of epoch 54. The recipient must still be an active participant of the program in order to receive future disbursements.
