Prop 300: dYdX Trading Leagues Pilot Program

We propose a four-week pilot program of a frontend trading competition - dYdX Trading Leagues. We are seeking community approval to authorise the transfer of $1M in DYDX (3,030,303.03 DYDX calculated using a 7-day TWAP at a $0.33 DYDX token price) from the dYdX Chain Community Treasury to a wallet owned and controlled by dYdX Treasury SubDAO for safekeeping.
