Specifically, the ERC-20 and Circuit Breaker modules have been reviewed and refined to align with MANTRA’s enhanced multi-VM environment. These changes harden the chain’s defenses against potential abuse vectors, improve operational safety, and ensure consistent safeguards across Cosmos and EVM execution layers.

This proposal involves parameter adjustments only - no binary upgrade is required. It forms part of MANTRA Chain’s continuous improvement process to maintain a robust, secure, and reliable Layer 1 foundation for builders and users.
