Prop 1: Update Parameters: Add OSMO ibc denom to Intent parameters and updates voting period, deposit + threshold params in governance parameters

This proposal updates the chain's parameters to include the right Osmosis (OSMO) denom as supported gas fee coins. The governance defaults are used now, this also updates the governance parameters so that Intento will have robust starting parameters.
