Prop 544: Injective Mainnet Performance Upgrade

This proposal seeks to optimize the performance of the Injective blockchain, enabling faster transaction throughput and data handling.

If passed, this proposal will commit the Injective blockchain to halt at a target block height of 127714000 (approximately 12:00 UTC / 08:00 ET on August 4, 2025) and resume with the v1.16.1 version of the Injective Chain application binary.
