Prop 254: Cease Support for the wethDYDX Smart Contract (the Bridge)

This proposal seeks dYdX community approval to discontinue support for the wethDYDX Smart Contract (the Bridge) on the dYdX Chain. If approved, the Bridge will be closed on June 13, 2025, and the dYdX Chain will no longer recognize transactions sent via the Bridge. As a result, ethDYDX holders will no longer be able to convert their tokens to DYDX on the dYdX Chain. Important for ethDYDX holders and Bridge front-end operators: Any bridging transaction initiated within ~25 hours(86,400 dYdX Chain blocks + Ethereum finality time) before the Bridge closure will fail. ethDYDX sent to the wethDYDX Smart Contract during this period will be locked in the smart contract without the user receiving DYDX on dYdX Chain.
