Prop 41: Update ING Network & Jump Jennie VIP Stage 2 Scoring

This proposal is submitted by the Initia Foundation on behalf of Infinity Ground. Please see the following statement from the team below.

We are submitting this as an expedited proposal in order to minimize delays in users receiving their rewards.

During the Stage 2 VIP scoring process, we identified that the original contract did not correctly record user scores on-chain, resulting in all user scores being recorded as 0.

To address this and ensure all user contributions are accurately captured, the team has deployed a new contract with all relevant scores re-uploaded and verified. There are no changes to the scoring policies or reward criteria.

All future Stage 2 activities and reward claims should reference the new contract address above.
