Prop 34: Update Milkyway’s VIP stage 1 scoring

This proposal is submitted by the Initia Foundation on behalf of MilkyWay. Please see the following statement by the team below.

We've identified an issue in the MilkyWay VIP score computation for milkINIT holders. The system was awarding only 1 score per day if a user held at least 1 milkINIT, instead of the intended calculation of 1 score per milkINIT per day.

This was a clear deviation from the communicated scoring criteria. The error was caused by an incorrect off-chain computation, which miscalculated the scores, leading to incorrect score distribution. As a result, Stage 1 has been finalized with the wrong scores.

We are now correcting this computation to align with the announced scoring criteria, ensuring that users receive 1 score per milkINIT per day for holding it on MilkyWay rollup or Initia L1. No changes will be made to the scoring criteria itself.

The fix will be implemented through the new contract address: init1sr06m8yqg0wzqqyqvzvp5t07dj4nevx9u8qc7j4qa72qu8e3ct8qtfxztu.

We appreciate the Initia community's support in ensuring the accuracy of our reward system.

We will also be implementing additional safeguards and monitoring measures to ensure that such errors do not occur again in the future.
