Prop 205: Extension of LP farming plan - stkATOM/ATOM pair

This proposal is to extend the farming plan to the stkATOM/ATOM pair on Crescent.

In consideration of users' response to the stkATOM/ATOM pair and the pStake team's private farming incentives, we propose to extend matching the incentives below:

• stkATOM / ATOM
  • Amount: 2,811 CRE per day (equivalent to 3% of LP incentive)
  • Period: about 33 days from the pass of this proposal
