Prop 69: v8.6 Upgrade
Reference for v8.6 Upgrade Notes:
- Fix for Precompiled Delegation Interface Call
- Resolved an issue where tx.value was not checked when calling the precompiled delegation interface [Precompiled Delegation]. Now, when calling DelegateV2, tx.value must be set to 0.
- Fix for IBC EscrowAddress Module Balance
- During the v8 upgrade, the scattered USDT in the IBC EscrowAddress module address will now be uniformly converted to USDT.
- Unified bridge call sender Address
- Standardized the sender address when calling the onBridgeCall method between the FxCore and Ethereum chains, addressing discrepancies between the two.
