Prop 500: Injective Mainnet Upgrade v1.14.1

This is a software upgrade proposal for the Injective Mainnet Upgrade v1.14.1. If passed, this proposal would commit the Injective Chain to halt at block height 108175000 (approximately 13 UTC on March 4th 2025) and resume with the v1.14.1 version of the Injective Chain application binary.

This upgrade includes a security patch for the Cosmos SDK
