Prop 33: Listing Proposal: Add Support for stATOM

This is a signaling proposal to whitelist stATOM on Umee.

If this proposal passes, the Umee core team will assess the risk profile of stATOM and recommend appropriate risk parameters. Before stATOM is actually listed on Umee, a separate Token Registry Proposal will be submitted to governance.

Vote YES if you approve of stATOM being whitelisted.

Vote NO if you disapprove of stATOM being whitelisted.
