Prop 2: Mainnet Upgrade to v0.1.8
Scope: This governance proposal aims to upgrade the SEDA Chain to version v0.1.8, addressing critical security vulnerabilities and enhancing network stability.

This upgrade strengthens the security of cross-chain transactions by resolving a vulnerability in the IBC application layer. It also introduces a safeguard in the group module to mitigate the risk of chain halts, ensuring continued network reliability.
As this is a consensus-breaking upgrade, all node operators are encouraged to update to v0.1.8 before the scheduled upgrade height.
