Contract Description and Intended Use

Fractible is a smart contract that enables users to purchase CW20 tokens representing fractional ownership of a property at a fixed price, denominated in a predefined base token.

Deposit Function: Users can acquire up to the maximum supply of property tokens by depositing the base token. The contract then mints and transfers the corresponding amount of CW20 tokens to the user.

Withdraw Function: Users can redeem their property tokens in exchange for the base token at a predefined exchange rate
