Prop 211: Recall Stride Liquid Staking Program

dYdX Treasury SubDAO proposes to: (1) recall the Stride Liquid Staking Program and take control over the stDYDX in the dYdX Community Treasury and any stDYDX or DYDX accrued through autocompounding staking rewards (2) transfer 1 stDYDX to Treasury SubDAO-controlled address for testing purposes.
