This proposal updates the governance parameters to set the expedited proposal deposit in uhuahua instead of the default stake token. It also establishes a minimum deposit of 10 million HUAHUA for expedited proposals. This change ensures consistency in governance deposits and aligns with the network's native currency. Additionally, expedited proposals will benefit from a reduced voting time of 24 hours, which is particularly useful for urgent governance decisions such as security patches and critical upgrades. Approving this proposal (YES vote) will enforce these updates, while rejecting it (NO vote) will retain the current configuration.
