This proposal aims to reduce the maximum validator set from the current 125 to 93. If approved, this will ensure that all active validators at the time of the proposal remain in the set while reducing the overall number to enhance network efficiency and security. A smaller validator set can improve consensus efficiency, reduce communication overhead, and strengthen economic security by concentrating stake among fewer, more committed validators. If this proposal is rejected (NO vote), the maximum validator set will remain at 125. If accepted (YES vote), the reduction to 93 will take effect.
