Prop 2: Side Bridge DKG proposal
The previous DKG attempt failed. This proposal aims to initiate a new DKG.
This DKG proposal will create two Bitcoin vault addresses, one for holding the BTC and the other for RUNES in the Side Chain's Bitcoin bridge.
The private keys for these two custodial addresses will be divided into 21 shares and distributed among 21 well-known community members. Transactions will be signed through a Threshold Signature Scheme (TSS), requiring at least 15 out of the 21 nodes to participate in the signature process to produce a valid transaction signature.
