Prop 237: Adjust Leaser Parameters (Osmosis allBTC)

Summary

The goal of this proposal is to modify the parameters of the Leaser smart contract for the Osmosis allBTC integration on the Nolus Pirin mainnet.

Proposed Changes

• Protocol Interest Increase: Margin interest rate (revenue for the protocol) is increased from 1.5% to 2.5%. That way the total interest that an allBTC borrower (short seller) may pay will vary between 3.3% and 10% compared to the previous 2.3% and 5%.

Impact

These changes will apply to all new leases in allBTC.
