Prop 15: HBsDAO Mandate Extension 31 March, 2025

The Homeward Bound subDAO was formed at the request of the community to explore potential migration options and report on those options to the community. It expired by its terms on January 15, 2025, but had not yet reached consensus on final recommendations. In its last report, the subDAO requested that its term be extended until March 31, 2025, in order to continue discussions and present its final recommendations.
