Prop 122: Increase Minimum Deposit for Governance Proposals

Description

This proposal is to change the minimum deposit for governance proposals from 5k STARS to 20k STARS to discourage scam proposals. Any proposal proposed in good faith can seek community support through discussion channel on Discord or through Stargaze Commonwealth forum.
