Prop 71: [Proposal] Make XPLA Great Again: Phase 2 - Transaction Activation Program

We are excited to introduce Make XPLA Great Again, a new initiative to revitalize the XPLA ecosystem. As part of this initiative, we are launching Phase 2: Transaction Activation Program (TAP), also known as the Transaction Fee Sponsorship Program.

TAP (Transaction Activation Program) Highlights:

• Program Objective: To activate and strengthen the XPLA mainnet by reducing barriers for DApps and fostering developer engagement.
• Support Structure: 5% of the total supply is allocated, providing 10K to 5M $XPLA based on project needs and potential impact, all aimed at expansion.
(This proposal’s outcome may change the estimated circulating supply schedule.)
• Funding Source: The allocated $XPLA will be drawn from the Ecosystem pool.
