Proposal Overview
As our AI Agent ecosystem grows and introduces a wide range of new assets, we want to ensure that both Oraichain DAO and its stakeholders have exposure to this brand new asset class. To achieve this, we are proposing the creation of an AI Agent managed investment fund. The fund will both leverage Oraichain DAO and public funds to participate in early AI Agent investments.

- Invest in tokens of AI Agents launched Mesh and agents(dot)land.
- Accumulate and stake $MAX ( agents(dot)land token) to receive allocations of AI Agent tokens as rewards.
- Vault Mechanism: The AI Agent will implement a vault system for public participation in this new asset class.
- Deposits in $ORAI and $USDC with flexible withdrawal options.
- Fee structure:
- Management Fee: 2% of assets under management.
- Performance Fee: 20% of profits.
