Prop 127: Deposit Funds into Kava Lend

The Kava community and users have requested more liquidity for KAVA and its many use cases. This proposal supplies ten million KAVA into the Lend money market, a major step towards providing decentralized liquidity for the KAVA token. By voting yes, you agree to allocate ten million KAVA tokens from the community pool to be deposited into Kava Lend. By voting no, you disagree with allocating ten million KAVA tokens from the community pool to be deposited into Kava Lend.
