Deploy NFT Launchpad Contracts on OmniFlix Hub - Phase 4

This proposal seeks to deploy the Round Whitelist Factory contract and the Round Whitelist contract on OmniFlix Hub, further expanding the range of tools and solutions offered to creators and communities using NFTs.

About

As part of our ongoing effort to enhance the OmniFlix Hub, we are excited to propose the deployment of the Round Whitelist Factory contract and the Round Whitelist contract.

Purpose

These contracts will empower creators and communities to manage whitelist or priority list access to various mints that have been setup, enabling more flexible and customizable minting and NFT distribution processes.

Contract Details

The Round Whitelist Factory contract and the Round Whitelist contract are two of the supporting contracts that make up the NFT Launchpad Contracts. The details of the contracts are as follows:

• Contract Name: Round Whitelist Factory
• Contract Description: Enables creators and developers to instantiate a specific whitelist with the right configuration.

Deployment Details

The deployment of the Round Whitelist Factory contract and the Round Whitelist contract will be done in a secure and transparent manner. The details of the deployment are as follows:

Note

Please note that the contracts are open-sourced and updates are being released/pushed consistently. Both core contracts and supporting contracts are in beta and will be submitted for audit after reaching a version that the contributors are satisfied with.

Impact of Voting

• By voting YES, you support the deployment of the Round Whitelist Factory contract and the Round Whitelist contract on OmniFlix Hub, increasing the range of offerings on OmniFlix Hub, especially for creators and communities using NFTs.
• By voting NO, you do not support the deployment of the Round Whitelist Factory contract and the Round Whitelist contract on OmniFlix Hub.
• By voting NO WITH VETO, you find this proposal to be either irrelevant, disproportionately infringing on minority interests, or violating the rules of engagement as currently set out by OmniFlix governance. If 'NoWithVeto' votes exceed one-third of total votes, the proposal is rejected, and the deposit is burned.
• By voting ABSTAIN, you wish to contribute to quorum while formally declining to vote either for or against the proposal.

With this final phase, we will have completed the deployment of all the NFT Launchpad Contracts, providing a comprehensive suite of tools and solutions for creators and communities to launch and manage their NFT projects on OmniFlix Hub.
