Prop 174: dYdX Treasury SubDAO Ratification & Funding

dYdX Treasury SubDAO proposes to: (1) transfer 45,000,000 DYDX from the Community Treasury to an account controlled by the dYdX Treasury SubDAO for the implementation of the staking program, (2) to ratify the community signers as directors of the Cayman Foundation, and (3) for dYdX community consent with respect to the Cayman Foundation formation documents.
