Prop 3: Onboard Cosmos Hub (cosmoshub-4) onto Quicksilver

Summary

The Cosmos hub is at the centre of the Cosmos ecosystem and provides services to the entire Interchain. It has completed its v8 Rho Mainnet Upgrade and updated its ibc-go version to one that permits the onboarding onto Quicksilver liquid staking. The Quicksilver development team proposes onboarding the Cosmos Hub onto Quicksilver allow ATOM stakers to deposit of ATOMs (uatom) and receive qATOMs (uqatom).

Timing

The onboarding of the Cosmos Hub will be effective when the proposal passes at the end of the voting period. It will be added to the Quicksilver front-end shortly after completion.

• If you vote YES on this proposal, you approve onboarding the Cosmos Hub
• If you vote NO on this proposal, you do not approve onboarding the Cosmos Hub
