Prop 40: HAQQ Mainnet v1.8.1 Upgrade
This proposal initiates a software upgrade v1.8.1.
This update fixes logic related to handling tokens in Vesting accounts, specifically resolving an issue with the distribution of delegated coins between DelegatedFree and DelegatedVesting. This upgrade also corrects current states of DelegatedFree and DelegatedVesting for all Vesting accounts, actualising spendable balances of these accounts.
This update will not modify vesting schedules nor unlock amounts.
